Mutiple web projects in same site

I want to upload am You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login application which consits 2 projects (which r in the same solution) . Is there a way to configure the web settings for both seperatley in the same site.

In CP's like Plesk, where You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login is supported u will have option to to set the web configurations. There you can configure the web settings for both the projects seperately.
