WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said on Tuesday it will not meet the July 24 deadline that was set for deciding whether to approve the Texas request for a waiver from the federal renewable fuels standard, the law that requires a certain amount of ethanol to be blended into gasoline.<div class="feedflare">
