Tampa man allegedly uses grandpa as human shield

AP - Authorities said a 22-year-old Tampa man used his grandfather as a shield while he was being arrested. According to an arrest affidavit, the man pulled his 72-year-old grandfather out of a chair and in front of officers Wednesday morning.
