The cameraman wasn't all that smart so the angle ended up kinda sucking. You can't really see everything that needs to be seen. It was my last set too so I couldn't go back and film again. I was deloading, that's why I did only 4 reps.

Last time I lifted was about 2 weeks ago so I got a little rusty, also I was oddly fatigued today even though I didn't feel sleepy in any of my classes. Next time I do this workout I should be back up to speed.

The main reason I posted this though was to see how my form was in relation to my back because I've had some discomfort after doing a set and I was wondering if it was just my back getting back into shape or if my form has gotten worse since the summer. In the summer I was doing this weight but I got hurt during football season so I was inactive for over a month and I lost a lot of strength, I'm pretty much back to where I was in the summer now though and I'm hoping to go even further
