GM mulling taking on more Delphi obligations: report

Reuters - General Motors Corp.  is
considering shouldering more of auto parts maker Delphi Corp's
 pension liabilities to help Delphi get out of
bankruptcy protection, the Wall Street Journal reported on
Wednesday.
