            Me, at 20 years old, 281 lbs, 6'',  completely alone in the house.  I thought tht video was pretty nice so I just decided to upload it on youtube. Im stronger now but even then, I wasnt pushing myself too much because as I said, I was alone in the house. I was more ripped about a year ago but I started eating more carbs and protein etc to gain mass and strenght. I train really hard and I never took any steroids, GH or boosters...not even creatine. I started training at 16
