Anxiety Attacks- What can I do about them?
It is perfectly normal for all of us to occasionally have feeling of fear and anxiety. It is part of our own body’s natural reaction to certain external events. There is a school of thought that believes that diet can play a large part in reducing the occurrences and severity of attacks.
