Healthy Salads: Oriental Green Bean Salad | Submitted By: Harriet O'Neal
     

Spicy and tasty come to mind. Ginger, garlic and crushed red chilies are cooked in a bit of oil and then green beans are tossed in. That cooks for a few minutes and then soy and oyster sauce are added. When the sauce thickens, it 's time to serve.
