NEW YORK/PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - InBev NV  sweetened its takeover offer for rival Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc  to $50 billion, finally luring the U.S. brewer into talks over a friendly deal, sources familiar with the situation said.
