Playbill - Broadway, TV and film writer Larry Gelbart, whose stage projects include Sly Fox, City of Angels, Mastergate and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, will be presented with the PEN USA Lifetime Achievement Award at the annual Literary Awards Festival gala dinner (LitFest) Dec. 3.
