NEW YORK (Reuters) - A Delaware court ruled in favor of IAC/InterActiveCorp chief Barry Diller on Friday in a legal dispute with controlling shareholder Liberty Media Corp, paving the way for him to proceed with a proposed spin-off of four company units.
