WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The Democratic-led U.S. Congress on Tuesday gave final approval to what may be the first bill signed into law by President Barack Obama -- a measure to reverse a 2007 U.S. Supreme Court decision that made it tougher to sue for wage discrimination.<div class="feedflare">
