CHICAGO (Reuters) - Deere &amp; Co , the world's largest maker of farm equipment, reported a sharper-than-expected drop in quarterly profit on Wednesday and slashed its forecast for full-year earnings, blaming the deepening global recession and volatile foreign exchange rates.<div class="feedflare">
