NEW YORK (Reuters) - A judge on Monday ruled that former Merrill Lynch &amp; Co Chief Executive John Thain is free to disclose the names of individuals who received bonuses awarded by the former investment bank before it was bought by Bank of America Corp.<div class="feedflare">
