Haunted Key has such an astonishingly strong effect on its own that you can just pull it off your key ring, perform it and hand it out without any patter whatsoever. I found it was a good idea to find my own handling but it only took about half an hour to perfect. I like to present it as PK after Jumping Matches, and involve my other hand as the "effector" by deliberately pausing the turning process at the top with a raised finger before going on to push it over "wiz my mind"
