LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Lions Gate Entertainment Corp has hired an advisory team, including investment bank Morgan Stanley and the law firm Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen and Katz, to launch a defense against financier Carl Icahn, according to two people with knowledge of the matter.<div class="feedflare">
