Right Click on "Start" MenuClick "Properties"Click "Start Menu" Radio ButtonClick on "Customize" ButtonClick on "Advanced" TabClick "Enable draggin and dropping" You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login "Ok" and then click "Apply"
