SMFG posts big rebound, forecasts modest growth

Reuters - Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group (8316.T)
reported a threefold increase in fourth-quarter profit,
rebounding from massive losses at its consumer finance unit a
year earlier, and it forecast modest growth ahead.
