Market set to rise; techs, financials gain
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks looked set to open up slightly on Wednesday after a brokerage upgrade of Fannie Mae  boosted optimism about the financial sector, but data showed private-sector employment declined unexpectedly in February, which could limit gains.
