Nasdaq advances 3 pct; Dow, S&P add to gains
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The Nasdaq rose more than 3 percent and the Dow and S&P 500 added to gains in late trading on Tuesday, boosted by investor optimism after the Federal Reserve said it would add up to $200 billion to strained credit markets in a coordinated effort with other central banks.
