UniCredit pro-forma net flat, negligible subprime
      

MILAN (Reuters) - Europe's third-biggest bank UniCredit  made a net profit of 6.566 billion euros ($10.09 billion) in 2007, hardly changed on a pro-forma basis, compared with average analysts' forecasts of 6.67 billion euros.
