WILMINGTON, Delaware (Reuters) - A ruling on whether IAC/InterActiveCorp chief Barry Diller breached his proxy agreement with controlling shareholder Liberty Media Corp and should be removed from office is expected in late March, lawyers involved in the case said on Friday.
