The Maddox


Fill highball about 3/4 full of ice cubes.  Pour Blue Curacao over ice to settle at the bottom.

In a mixing glass or bottle, combine the pineapple juice and Creme de Banane.  Carefully pour this mixture onto the blue curacao trying to keep them as separate as possible.

Finally, top with Club Soda for some added fizz.  The Club Soda will float on top of the Pineapple/Banane mixture.

The final appearance should be a rich blue at the bottom of the glass, yellow from the Pineapple/Banane mixture through the middle (may appear slightly green depending on how much Blue Curacao rises and mixes) and clear from the Club Soda on top.

Serve with long straw so the patron may mix up the drink after first presentation.

Garnish with pineapple chunk and umbrella (optional).
