(Reuters) - Wal-Mart  would benefit from its improved store base and merchandise, new capital allocation plans and reduced margin drains from its international unit, said J.P. Morgan Securities, which upgraded the world's largest retailer to "overweight" from "neutral."</p><div class="feedflare">
