Biovail, execs face SEC charges
      

TORONTO/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Canada's Biovail Corp  will pay $10 million to settle a probe into fraudulent accounting from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, but four current and former officers still face charges from the regulator, the agency said on Monday.
