Beirut - The focus today will be the visit by former United States president Jimmy Carter who arrived in the afternoon from Paris. Carter, who is on an official two-day visit  is planning to meet the key Lebanese officials and will travel to Damascus later this week to meet with Syrian president Basher al Assad
