CHICAGO (Reuters) - President-elect Barack Obama said on Thursday he was appalled by Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich's efforts to sell his U.S. Senate seat and added that Blagojevich could no longer effectively perform his duties.<div class="feedflare">
