NEW YORK (Reuters) - The chief executive of JPMorgan Chase &amp; Co  said on Thursday the U.S. bank has had a "terrible" November and December, blaming the "normal culprits:" mortgages, credit, and high yield bonds and loans.<div class="feedflare">
