Ex-CEO of National Century guilty of witness tampering

Reuters - A federal jury in Ohio convicted the
former chief executive of National Century Financial
Enterprises of interfering with a witness in a criminal fraud
case involving the bankrupt company, the U.S. Justice
Department said on Wednesday.
