Woman slips out of cuffs and allegedly kicks cops

AP - A Goffstown, N.H., woman slipped out of a pair of handcuffs and kicked two officers after being arrested on a drunken driving charge. The 47-year-old woman was charged on Monday after rear-ending another car around 4:30 p.m.
