1 1/2 lbs Ground chuck
1 medium <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Onion" class="deflink">Onion</a>, chopped
1 medium <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Green%20Bell%20Pepper" class="deflink">Green bell pepper</a>, chopped
3 cloves <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Garlic" class="deflink">Garlic</a>, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Tomatoes" class="deflink">Tomatoes</a>, petite diced
2 can (16 oz) Chili <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Beans" class="deflink">beans</a>, Bush's (medium sauce)
1/2 package Chili <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Season" class="deflink">season</a>ing mix
1 tablespoon <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Worcestershire%20sauce" class="deflink">Worcestershire sauce</a>
1 cup Water
  Salt  and  <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Pepper" class="deflink">pepper</a> to taste
1 jar <a href="http://www.bigoven.com/whatis.aspx?id=Mushrooms" class="deflink">Mushrooms</a>, (optional) sliced, drained

Lightly brown Ground chuck in large pot with olive oil, onion, bell pepper, garlic.    Do not over stir; leave chuck in small pieces.
 Add tomatoes, chili beans, mushrooms,  seasoning mix, worcestershire, water,  sprinkle of salt and pepper.
