RIYADH (Reuters) - Lenovo , the world's fourth-biggest PC maker, is not planning new lay-offs after a restructuring this month that will axe 2,500 jobs, and expects consolidation in the sector, CEO William Amelio said on Sunday.<div class="feedflare">
