Rohm and Haas shares fall on concern over Dow deal
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Dow Chemical Co  has said it does not intend to close the acquisition of rival Rohm and Haas Co  by January 27, R&amp;H said on Monday. The merger agreement requires that Dow close by that date.<div class="feedflare">
