Cops: Man robs S.C. bank after bad check

AP - Authorities say a man robbed a bank in South Carolina after the $173 check he tried to cash bounced. Police say the man gave a teller the personal check on Monday morning, but the teller couldn't cash it because there wasn't enough money in the account.
