NEW YORK (Reuters) - Bank of America Corp Chief Executive Kenneth Lewis said the largest U.S. bank does not need more federal aid and is in better shape than most rivals, even as "rumors, innuendo and falsehoods" cause its stock to fall.<div class="feedflare">
