It depends on the kid, their parents, the environtment they are in and tons of other factors. A video game alone will not make a teen violent.

some times
i thing 70 % it dont but some kids di get effected depending on them

some other times depends on kid's enviorment

GTA is an awesome game for sure, but it definately idolizes violence.  It influences kids to think violence or people getting hurt is funny or cool.  But, then again so does america's funniest home videos.
