ZURICH (Reuters) - Credit Suisse  chairman Walter Kielholz relinquished his post at Switzerland's number two bank to become chairman of troubled reinsurer Swiss Re, which has turned to Warren Buffett for cash after a hefty loss.<div class="feedflare">
