NEW YORK (Reuters) - Standard &amp; Poor's stripped General Electric Co  of its top-tier, triple-A credit rating, lowering its rating by one notch to AA-plus with a stable outlook, citing the credit profile of the GE Capital unit.<div class="feedflare">
