I used to go to the gym 4 times a week and lost many pounds and got a nice shape!

No, still don't go, but I just started to run every morning. It is nice!

No I won't join any Gym I prefer to havr walk daily specially in early morning as it not only reduce weght but also helpful in so many other ways.
