WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama on Wednesday assailed AIG's hefty executive bonuses as an "inappropriate use of taxpayer funds," saying the government needed tools to prevent a situation like AIG's from ever again posing a risk to the financial system.<div class="feedflare">
