Guys do not be shy when it comes to girls! You should be the first one to go up to her and start talking to her... she might have a thing for you, but is waiting for you to talk to her about something not the other way around... and make sure that you ask her out not the other way around... some girls prefer to be the ones to ask someone out, but most of them don't
