North Korea: What?s Wrong With This Motorcycle Cop?

Then I returned to it, since something struck me as funny. Did you notice? He's got a helmet, but he's not wearing it, instead he's wearing a furry cap to keep his head warm; I guess his helmet is not warm enough.<br><br>

Maybe they should get furry motorcycle helmets?<br><br> ...
