T-Mobile and MetroPCS Merger is Now Official

T-Mobile USA and MetroPCS have officially merged. T-Mobile said Wednesday morning that the deal is done and that both wireless innovators share a common vision “to bring wireless consumers exciting new choices while delivering an exceptional experience.” The combined company, T-Mobile US, Inc., started trading on the New York Stock Exchange today.
