my son had his fbk hacked into everytime we got new reset to change password the hacker would change it . my son had all his photos picks everything that was important to him. we tired everything we could with Microsoft thay haven't been any help we have not had it for nearly 3 weeks , is there anything else .we can do he had family things that were important to him things that can not be replaced. its just not his friends but things that were really meant something to him . thank you michelle birmingham
