Karen Fowler novel wins PEN/Faulkner prize

NEW YORK (AP) â€" A novel about a 1970s Midwestern family with a most unusual sibling, Karen Fowler's "We Are All Completely Beside Ourselves," has won the PEN/Faulkner prize for fiction.
