why my offline message dont work

i once faced a delay problem but i receaved them at last

my advise is try sending messages to an other yahoo email on ur pcand see if it work but am definitly sureits not from the messenger configiration

im theglassring, i dont know why i cant log in on that username. Yeah i can receive offline messages on other id's, just this id i cant receive.
btw, why i cant create a user name as UnRegistered and password is password???

cuz its a public username unregistered is a defualt username anyone can use you can't change its settings or create it its already created
