Futures flat as oil, Lowe's offset Yahoo
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stock index futures were little changed on Monday as near-record oil prices fueled concerns about inflation and consumer spending, offsetting news that Microsoft Corp  was resuming talks with Yahoo Inc .
