McDonald's absorbs some costs to keep customers
      

OAK BROOK, Illinois (Reuters) - McDonald's Corp  is willing to absorb some of the higher costs for ingredients such as oil, meat and dairy to promote customer loyalty, Chief Executive Jim Skinner said on Thursday.
