Investor's Business Daily - Ben Bernanke says one of the biggest challenges facing the U.S. is boosting the performance of the country's health care system. Aging baby boomers coupled with rising health care costs are putting increasingly burdensome strains on both personal and gov't budgets. The Fed chief said the challenges include creating better access for 47 mil uninsured Americans, improving the quality of care and controlling costs. Bernanke offered no solutions, saying changes are best left to policymakers in Congress.
