Wells Fargo results ease fears, shares surge

Reuters - Wells Fargo & Co , the
fifth-largest U.S. bank, reported surprisingly strong quarterly
results and raised its dividend, easing investor fears about
mortgage losses and causing its shares to soar on Wednesday.
